We are currently enforcing a "No Visitor" policy at our center, consistent with the directive from Governor Newsom. For the continued health and safety of our patients and staff we appreciate your support on this issue.

Do NOT come to the center If--- you have a fever, cough, body aches and/or shortness of breath. You or someone close to you, have had close contact with someone who recently has been diagnosed with coronavirus (COVID-19). Please call your surgeon for further instructions. Gallium 68 PSMA Project

Gallium-68 prostate-specific membrane antigen positron emission tomography-computed tomography (Ga-68 PSMA PET/CT) is an imaging modality that promises improved sensitivity and specificity of detection of prostate cancer lesions based on their increased uptake of PSMA-based radiotracers. It remains an emerging modality that has not yet been endorsed in the guidelines for the management of prostate cancer pending more established evidence to prove its efficacy. The objective of our current project is to assess the value of Ga-68 PSMA PET/CT in the detection and localization of patients diagnosed with intermediate or high risk prostate cancer.
